Our Coaching for business and organisations focuses on developing a mindset that can outperform in your chosen environment.
We believe the quality of your work will be a result of the quality of your thinking. Or, put another way, how successfully you perform is largely a result of the level of mastery you have of your inner game or thinking. This is demonstrated daily and accepted at the highest levels of sport – where the difference between losing and winning is simply a mental game. Our view and experience point to a winning mind in business being just as necessary as in sport. You don’t have to wait until something needs fixing to use our Winning Mind approach to business – it can be an ongoing process similar to sport in order to continually seek to improve performance.
We’ve spent time coaching, modelling and learning from top professional sports people, along with hours of coaching within the business world. Success in business, as in sport, is likely to revolve around managing emotional states and negative inner dialogue just as much as having a clear strategy and a plan to execute it.
It’s almost certain the toughest opponent you’ll meet in the in the business world will be you. So, becoming more aware of the limitations of your current mindset and coupled with the skills to generate creative thinking, will start the process of building a winning mindset. And, similar to a game of sport – defence is also, a must have.
A word about credit – genuine originality and innovation is a rare find these days, with most advances in services or products being variants of what’s come before or further developments. Our coaching ideas and methods have their roots in the time we spent training with coaching masters such as Sir John Whitmore, Tim Gallwey, Ian McDermott, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts and quite a few more. We’ve since forged our own way of coaching, noticing what works and what doesn’t and building a model that gets results.
