We’ve spent time coaching, modelling and learning from top professional sports people, along with hours of coaching within the business world. Success in business, as in sport, is likely to revolve around managing emotional states and negative inner dialogue just as much as having a clear strategy and a plan to execute it.
It’s almost certain the toughest opponent you’ll meet in the in the business world will be you.
