The human body is an incredible machine that we have all been gifted with. It is capable of immense strength, endurance and ranges of motion. It is a complex environment that was designed to be in perfect balance. Sadly, we are not always told how to keep that balance in check, how to move efficiently and correctly, or how we should be performing the things we do everyday. This can lead to asymmetries and inefficiencies.

There is nothing more important than your health and wellbeing. Modern life is hectic and stressful, and your body needs to be able to cope with everything you throw at it, be that carrying in the shopping to running a marathon. Making sure it can do what you ask of it, whatever that is, should be our goal. Whatever your goals are, they are possible. You may have to sacrifice some time, and make changes here and there, but if you have the determination, we can build a path that leads you to them. I wholeheartedly believe this to be true of any goal, for any person. Together we can build that path from where you currently are, to where you want to be. It is possible.

Andy Moore Bio
Andy has always been fascinated by the human body and the way it functions, particularly how the body can function in the environments we find ourselves in every day. Having gained a BSc. in Sport and Exercise Science his interest was narrowed to functional kinematics and metabolic processes. Looking at the way people move, and how their movements can be made more efficient started as a personal challenge to solve his own dysfunctions, but is now a particular area of interest to Andy.
Having been exposed to world class training environments, and developing a visual acuity to human movements, performing exercise anatomically correctly to deliver the maximum results is something Andy strives to extract from all his clients. As a fully qualified Level 3 Reps Personal trainer in Tamworth, he has the knowledge and skills to help everyone achieve the best results they can from the entire spectrum of human movement.
Andy’s personal interests in sport lie with active mobility and calisthenics, and particularly enjoys running Bootcamp style workouts in Tamworth, Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield. He has competed in a wide range of sporting disciplines from Cycling to Motorsports and enjoys working outdoors wherever possible.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have Andy as Personal Trainer in the Gym and also in Bootcamp sessions. He’s knowledgeable and explains in easy to understand terms (I am not a fitness expert!) what you’re doing and, more importantly, why you’re doing it. He is motivated by finding what works for you as an individual, not necessarily by what the latest ‘fitness fashion’ may be. He’s always looking at the latest research and evaluating how this works in the real world and what this can do for you and your goals. I guess what really stands out though, especially in the Bootcamp sessions with differing levels of fitness and ability, is that he is able to make everyone feel challenged, included, motivated and supported no matter what their fitness aims are.
